Terms & Conditions

  1. This Contest is organised by Wellesta Truelife Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) and is open to all Malaysian Citizens except for the following groups of persons:
    1. Malaysian citizens under the age of 18 (as of 31st December 2022)
    2. Employees of the Organiser (including its associates and related companies) and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, and siblings)
    3. Representatives, employees, servants, and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser (including its associated and related companies), and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, and siblings)
  2. This redemption will run from 15th March – 30th April 2024 (“Redemption Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to close registration without prior notice.
  3. The participating brand for this redemption is Wellesta Truelife (“Participating Brand”) and the participating product is Wellesta Truelife Products. (“Participating Product”).
  4. Refer to appendix for list of Participating Products.
  5. The following steps must be carried out for your entry to be valid:
    1. Purchase any Wellesta Truelife products worth RM100 and above from 15th March – 30th April 2024
    2. Snap a photo of your receipt, details of full name and email address and send to Whasapp number +60 16 325 7191.
    3. Like and follow us at Truelifesciences Facebook page.
  6. Please ensure the information of the Participating Product, Receipt Number, Price, Outlet Name, and Date of Purchase are visible on the Proof of Purchase.
  7. All entries submitted by 30th April 2024, 23:59 hours Malaysia time (“Closing Date”) will be accepted. All entries submitted after the Closing Date will be disqualified.
  8. ONE (1) receipt is entitled to ONE (1) entry. Multiple entries are allowed but only ONE (1) entry will be considered for the prize in respect of the same Participant.
  9. The Participants of this Redemptions will be contacted by our Truelife Privilege customer service personnel.
  10. The Participant must ensure a valid Touch ‘n Go app to receive the RM5 e-Duit Raya transfer.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify those who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this redemption program.
  12. The Organiser reserves the right to change/amend the product prize rules.
  13. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
  14. If no response is received by the participant after THREE (3) consecutive days upon initial contact, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Participant(s) and forfeit the prize to be allocated to the following selection of winners.
  15. All information provided by the Participants must be true and accurate. The organizer reserves the right to decline any entries with incorrect information and/or submitted via improper procedures.
  16. By submission of the Participants’ Personal Information to the Organiser, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorized agents to use for present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services.
  17. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, revise, or delete the terms and conditions in respect of this Contest, or to amend the Contest details at any time for any reason without giving prior notice to the Participants.
  18. In case of any dispute, the Organiser reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.

Wellesta Truelife Turns 9!

We are 9!

Truelifesciences is extremely proud to be marking our ninth anniversary this year.

We are a relatively young company but our journey has been filled with many experiences which has enriched us in many ways.

2021 is a special year for us as this is the year in which we formed a merger with the Wellesta Holdings from Singapore. We are now known as WellestaTruelife in Malaysia.

This merger will bring about new and exciting developments for us with many new products in the pipeline. We shall be launching these products in stages by quarter four of this year.

Even with this merger, our customers remain the core of our focus. We understand that your trust and support has always been the biggest drivers for our continued growth.

The last one and a half years has been very challenging for most businesses and we have not been spared either. We have experienced disruptions in stock supply due the various closures of factories during the successive MCO’s. Even with these challenges, we are proud to announce that we have recorded our highest monthly sales since our incorporation nine years ago, in the month of August and this makes our celebration even more meaningful.

This is only possible with the strong and continuous support of all our valued customers. We shall continue to build on this trust and work with you as our partners in the business.

To all our customers, suppliers, stakeholders and employees, I thank you for your continued commitment to Wellesta Truelife. We hope to scale new heights together and look forward to the next nine years with much enthusiasm.

SELAMAT HARI RAYA HAJI!

Hari Raya Haji, or also known as Eid al-Adha, is a holy celebration that is celebrated by Muslims all over the world every year. This is the day when Muslims remember the test that was made by the sacrifice of Ishmael by prophet Ibrahim, according to Islamic Scriptures. 

Usually, a goat or sheep is slaughtered during this celebration, then some meat or money is given to the poor so they also can celebrate Hari Raya Haji. Non-Muslims are also frequently invited for a meal to introduce the Islamic culture. However, in general Hari Raya Haji is celebrated by praying in the early morning, going to mosque, wearing new clothes, visiting family and friends, and eating a large and festive meal.

June 1st marks the start of Men’s Health Awareness Month. It honours the importance of health and wellness of men. June was chosen as the month for Men as Father’s Day also falls on the same month, hence it is used to give extra attention to male family members. This month gives the opportunity for the public to educate themselves on how to improve the state of men’s health and create awareness of preventable health problems. Besides that, it is dedicated to encouraging early detection and treatment of disease among men and boys. 

Men are more prone to certain diseases compared to women. Such diseases include heart diseases, respiratory diseases, kidney and liver diseases. Therefore, Wellesta Truelife would like to highlight our range of products suitable for men’s health.
